Store Terms and Product Information
We take great care to ensure that all artwork is described and represented accurately. However, due to the handmade and unique nature of each piece, colors and textures may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. All descriptions are provided in good faith, and we reserve the right to update product information and availability at any time without notice.

Pricing and Payments
All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full before the order is shipped. Ownership of artwork passes to the buyer only once payment is received in full.

Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs, delivery times, and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or other shipping issues outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is marked as delivered.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted by request only. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return. If approved, further instructions will be provided. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom, commissioned, or final sale pieces are not eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees and international duties are non-refundable.

Modifications and Disruptions
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site or our services at any time without notice. This includes product availability, pricing, or features. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes or suspensions of service.

Purchasing an artwork or product does not grant any rights of reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use. Customers may not reproduce, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any content or product on this site without express written permission. All rights are reserved.

Custom Commissions
Commissioned artwork is custom-created based on client requests and may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. The final artwork will be reviewed by the client prior to delivery. Any requested revisions must be made during the production phase and may be limited based on the original project scope. Once approved and delivered, custom commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable. Ownership of the physical artwork transfers upon full payment, but intellectual property rights remain with the artist.

Digital Products
Digital products which are delivered electronically and are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. These products are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes unless a separate commercial license is obtained. Unauthorized use is a violation of copyright law and will be pursued legally.

International Orders and Customs
International customers are responsible for understanding their country’s import regulations. All customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping prices. Laura Branham Art is not liable for delays, confiscations, or additional costs resulting from customs processing.

Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor strikes, shipping delays, supply shortages, or any other unforeseen events. In such cases, timelines may be extended or services suspended without liability.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute or claim relating to your use of this site or your purchase, both parties agree to attempt resolution informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. These Terms and any legal matters will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
