Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting Laura Branham Art. Each piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please review the information below regarding how we process and ship orders.
Original Artwork
All original artwork is packed and shipped directly by me. Every piece is carefully wrapped and protected to avoid damage in transit. A signed Certificate of Authenticity is included with each original. Please allow 5–10 business days for packaging and handling before shipment. Shipping timelines may vary depending on destination and carrier service levels.
Art Prints
Prints may be shipped in one of two ways, depending on the product and destination:
- In some cases, I may ship prints directly from my studio.
- In others, prints may be fulfilled through a trusted third-party print provider to ensure faster delivery and global availability.
If your order includes both original artwork and prints, items may ship separately and may arrive at different times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States and to a select list of international countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to see if special arrangements can be made.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary by location and product type. Once your order is fulfilled, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs processing
Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may occur due to high shipping volume, weather, or customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on weight, size, and destination. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping rate and are not controlled by Laura Branham Art.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Packaging
Original artworks are shipped using reinforced, protective packaging to ensure the piece arrives in perfect condition. Smaller prints may be shipped in rigid mailers; larger prints may be shipped rolled in mailing tubes or flat, depending on size and fragility.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will do my best to resolve the issue. For lost shipments, please check with your local post office or customs agency before reaching out.
