Refund policy
1. Contact First
If you're not completely satisfied with your artwork, please contact us at laura@laurabranhamart.com within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and a short explanation (plus photos if damaged). Returns are only accepted after prior approval. Please do not ship anything before hearing back.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Approved returns are accepted if:
- The artwork is in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
- Original artworks, limited edition prints, commissions, and custom works may be final sale, unless damaged on arrival. Please refer to item details.
- Damaged or defective items reported within the 14‑day window are eligible for full refund or replacement.
3. Shipping & Costs
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the artwork arrived damaged or the error was on us.
- For approved returns: shipping fees and any customs, duties, or taxes are non‑refundable.
4. Restocking or Processing Fees
- A 20% processing/restocking fee may apply to returns of items that were undamaged or satisfactory at receipt.
5. Refund Methods & Timing
- Once the return is received and inspected, I will notify you via email about the refund or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or converted to store credit if preferred) within 7–10 business days.

6. Exchange or Store Credit Option

Approved returns may be exchanged for another artwork of equal or lesser value or converted into store credit.
7. Gifts & Gift Cards
- If your purchase was a gift and the recipient wishes to return it, the store credit or refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
